So, there is some new stuff going on around here… and this is just a sneak peek at an AMAZING session we did in Chicago Union Station. I wish we could do a gazillion sessions there… seriously. The light in those huge windows? Gorgeous. My favorite. But we got special permission to be up there right before they started demolition on a brand new project they are doing, so alas, I will not be allowed to do a session just like this again. Ever. Sadness. But that just makes this session all the more incredibly special.
Here is my session fav… she always wears Converse with her dresses to school dances. So smart. More to come, along with exciting news with info on fun things being offered to high school seniors to make your sessions unique, fabulous, and all about YOU. Come back and see me soon! Or send me a message to get your session booked because they will be filling up fast! Booking class of 2016 sessions now, and spots are limited this summer and fall.
This is Emmy. I have photographed her before as she needed headshots for entering a song writing contest. The song was written in response to the school shootings at Sandy Hook. She is amazingly talented and has a huge heart.
I got to meet this fabulous senior last week. I will be posting more soon, but here is a little sneak peek of our fun session 😉
I knew when I first talked to Micah on the phone that she was pretty amazing. She runs cross country, which is pretty fantastic in my opinion all by itself, since when I was in high school, I could barely run a couple of laps around the track. But she also has great aspirations to do something like medical work with an international non-profit organization someday. That gives you an idea of what kind of heart she has, and I loved getting to know her a little bit as we hung out deciding on outfits before her session, and then it was just a double bonus to get to spend time together again for her session! One of the joys of meeting great seniors is also getting to meet their fantastic moms 😉 I gain wisdom for my own seniors-to-be, and just savor the time talking and am so grateful to make new friends. And this is all part of my job? Yes, please.
