Yellow was my absolute favorite color when I was a kid. When I was 6, we moved to a new house, and my parents let me pick the wallpaper and carpet for my room. Wow, were they brave… I was in love with yellow, and being the late 70′s, I found a fabulous patchwork wallpaper with oranges, greens, and yellows, and I HAD to have yellow carpet. I remember my mom trying to talk me out of it, but I wouldn’t budge. So, my floors became a pale banana yellow, and I was in heaven. Until my sister spilled red makeup on the floor that would not come out… Now yellow is my daughter’s favorite color. But we are not wallpapering or getting new carpet.
At I Heart Faces this week, the theme is yellow! I’ve never done a color themed photo, and it was SO fun thinking of all the possibilities!! I wish I had more time to devote to a gloriously yellow themed photo, but this is what we came up with in our short amount of time.

How fun, love the brightness of it. I wish I had more time to do photoshoots and realy set the photos up. But I can’t find the time to do so
